FrankMedia is looking for a creative and analytics-driven Thumbnail Editor who knows how to design scroll-stopping thumbnails that convert views into clicks.

Work Setup

📍 Full-Time
🗓️ Monday to Saturday
🖥️ Remote (Work-from-Home)
🎯 Output: 2 to 3 thumbnails per day
⏱️ Time-tracked via Hubstaff

​

Salary & Incentives

💵 Monthly Salary: ₱15,000 to ₱20,000 (depending on experience and consistency)
🎯 Performance Bonus: Up to ₱10,000/month based on the Click-Through Rate (CTR) performance of your thumbnails on YouTube Analytics
📊 Bonus is reviewed monthly and tied directly to YouTube CTR results

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails that match the video’s emotion, curiosity, and branding

  • Collaborate closely with the Video Editors and Content Director to understand the theme of each video

  • Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across channels

  • Study and improve designs based on YouTube CTR analytics

  • Revise thumbnails based on A/B testing or team feedback

Requirements

✅ Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop
✅ Must have a strong understanding of YouTube trends and CTR psychology
✅ Ability to create thumbnails that stand out in both desktop and mobile view
✅ Can commit to delivering 2 to 3 thumbnails daily
✅ Has an eye for bold text, facial expressions, and visual storytelling
✅ Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and open to feedback

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with YouTube creators or digital brands

  • A portfolio of thumbnails with real-world results or tested CTR

  • Skills in A/B testing thumbnail versions or using TubeBuddy/vidIQ

  4. Begin a 2-month probation with full output and performance tracking
