Role:

As a VSL (Video Sales Letter) Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-converting, 1-hour long VSL videos. These should be compelling, well-paced, and designed to keep the viewer engaged from start to finish using dynamic visuals, graphics, and persuasive editing techniques.

Salary:
The payment is ₱20,000 per VSL (1-hour long video). You can produce 4 or more VSLs per month depending on your capacity — that's ₱80,000+ monthly salary.

Incentives:

Incentives: There is an additional ₱5,000 incentive available per VSL if the retention rate meets or exceeds the target benchmark.

 

Workload:

The job requires you to produce as many longform you want if you created 20 long form per month. that's 100k a monthly salary

Responsibilities:
 

● Edit and produce 1-hour long VSL videos that are compelling and high-converting.

● Maintain strong pacing and storytelling flow throughout the entire video.

● Use graphics, text overlays, B-roll, and transitions to keep viewers engaged.

● Optimize videos for maximum viewer retention from start to finish.

● Collaborate with the team on scripts, revisions, and feedback.

Requirements:
 

● Strong long-form video editing skills (1-hour+ content).

● Experience or understanding of VSL/sales video editing.

● Ability to create visually engaging edits that hold attention.

● Good understanding of video editing software and tools.

● Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

● Can follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
